Business Services offers two unique value-add teams to all of our customers – the TOPS training team and the TEC IT integration team. Our TOPS team offers complimentary technology training that can be customized to meet your workflow and production needs and this team also leads the charge on creating change management and service marketing campaigns.

The TEC team functions as a specialized IT liaison group, partnering with your IT department to assist in resolving any technical questions and challenges that can arise with the deployment of new technologies.

Business Services offers a full team of invoicing specialists dedicated to identifying your billing needs and creating accurate monthly invoices that accommodate your departmental and cost code structures. Additionally, Business Services offers the ability to consolidate multiple vendor bills into our single, monthly invoice as a component of our managed solution package.
