imageWARE Publishing Manager is an easy-to-use desktop software application that simplifies document creation involving content that is stored in both hardcopy and electronic formats. Supporting tasks such as scanning paper documents and merging digital files including e-mails, spreadsheets, presentations, and research from the web, imageWARE Publishing Manager provides simple and intuitive controls allowing users to create and print professional output.

imageWARE Publishing Manager enables users to combine multiple documents from various sources—Microsoft Office files, graphic applications, PDFs, or scanned documents and images—to form one single document. Users can apply a number of editing, page imposition, and finishing capabilities to their newly combined documents, create and format chapters, write annotations, and insert images and variable data from databases on the document for even greater personalization. Pages and chapters can be renumbered and stamped with watermarks or alphanumeric headers and footers for Bates Stamping. The ability to preview print jobs with finishing settings allows for quick visual proofing.
