uniFLOW Output Manager (OM) allows you to accurately measure usage and cost by user, workgroup or department. Through the detailed reporting capability of the software, you can make the most effective use of your output resources by minimizing costs and strategically placing devices in areas where they are most needed.

uniFLOW Output Manager is more than just a print analysis and reporting solution—it's a way of gaining total control over your print environment. In the office, its re-routing capability allows you to redirect print jobs to the most cost-efficient device based on size and quality (B&W, Color). It can also divert output to alternative devices in the event of a problem, so that staff productivity is not affected.

In corporate reprographic departments (CRDs), the Load Balancing capability of uniFLOW OM allows you to distribute print jobs across several different output devices, ensuring optimal efficiency and utilization.
